Why Hotline Contract?
The hotline contract is for customer sites that can maintain their generators themselves because they have internal technical resources. If the customer needs help for any breakdown, the Remote capability allows our service engineer to check every single part of the generator without having to open it, in order to reduce downtime and making maintenance operations faster and more precise.

This hotline service allows you the below benefits:
• 10% discount on maintenance kit and additional parts
• 24/7 priority access to the hotline support team to provide technical support if needed

This hotline maintenance plan ensures generator reliability and optimal performance. Without planned maintenance, unplanned downtime could occur, and unexpected costs could put your lab budgets at risk.

Why Day Ticket Contract?

The DAY ticket: gives you more serenity for the “maintenance budget”. Your requests for assistance and intervention will be treated as a priority.

This is a day of Service (labor / travel) at a discounted price of 10%, which you buy at the beginning of the contract cover period and or course you can buy several tickets.
This “DAY ticket” gives an intervention priority on site and is carried over to year n+1 in case it is not consumed. The changed parts are invoiced in addition.

Why Basic Preventive Contract?

You protect your investments by increasing the life of your generator.

The intervention for breakdown (you are priority) is done within 72 hours max, on customer call as many times as necessary over the period. Labor and travel (excluding parts) are included in the contract.

Why Silver Preventive Contract?
Scheduled preventive maintenance with Silver Preventive contract is one of the most requested and appreciated services plan by our customers. Preventive maintenance (PM) comprises a series of activities that are agreed on and planned in advance every year on same month, aimed at maintaining maximum efficiency and the highest performance of the equipment over time, even under intense operating conditions.

Our preventive maintenance allows you to significantly reduce curative interventions, your operating costs and constraints and therefore reduces downtime of the equipment. Preventive maintenance consists of a complete overhaul of your equipment with change of defective parts and consumables in maximum 72 hours. It plans to make all the interventions to prevent breakdowns and incidents.

Advantages:
• One preventive maintenance visit per year (or more) based on the number of hours per year planned in advance at a convenient time.
• Fixed price per year if commitment on a multi-year contract (including travel, labor and preventive parts indicated in the contract): You block your costs in the long term, guaranteeing the price of your service and protecting you from inflation.
• 15% discount on all original F-DGSi spare parts and additional services.
• 24-hour priority access to the hotline support team.
• In the event of a breakdown, a paid on-site intervention guaranteed within 72 hours max.
• A program of upgrading and technical improvement to increase the life and performance of the devices.

Why Gold Contract?
A Gold maintenance contract is like an insurance contract: it allows you to limit the cost of the damage to the amount of the fee and brings you real peace of mind, with a controlled maintenance budget.

The intervention for breakdown (you are priority) is done within 48 hours maximum , on customer call as many times as necessary over the period. Labor, travel cost , consummables and parts are included in the contract.
